This space is perfect for so many concepts and creative ideas. I give you full reign to get as creative as you want. There is the main front door, Side patio doors leading to an outside area, and a rear exit door leading to the bathrooms. This space has fixtures and fittings for Gas and water. It has no AC but you are welcome to purchase your own Indoor AC unit. I can provide furniture and desks if required as I have so much in storage. You are located 5-minute walk to Pine Ave where all the restaurants and shops are. Downtown Pike and Ocean is 8 min walk. This actual location of the storefront is in a residential area, not many shops around apart from the Deli and the Liquor store on the corner of my street. The locals are friendly and very community-driven, they support all businesses in their area. Please arrange a viewing to get a real feel of what this space has to offer :)
