This retail space is a short-term shop-share located ion Main Street in the heart of Southampton village. The beautiful space has been completely renovated with a new floor, new dressing rooms, and beautiful high ceilings with black pipe hang rails. The rental space is about 300 or less depending on what the brand needs. A perennial favorite, Urban Soul is a well-known multi-brand boutique loved by locals, second homeowners, and tourists for 30 years and one of the only pop-up spaces available in the village.
